Raven specializes in the traditional staff augmentation model, including both Permanent Placements and Subcontracting.
Under our Permanent Placement model, Raven IT Services positions itself as an extension of your Human Resources division, and recruits for required positions on a contingent basis. This model involves a one-time flat fee for resources hired by you the client, provided to the client. It is most appropriate for highly specific, niche market recruiting.
Subcontracting involves a longer-term relationship between Raven and the client. If you have a requirement for either a short-term or longer engagement, you can outsource your work to one of our professionals. We will manage payroll, timesheet, and invoice remittance to your organization, and we will insure any resource provided by us to you at no cost. Such an arrangement allows you to manage potential risks arising from candidate contingencies to your organization by outsourcing that risk to us.
